Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Nassoh Car (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By renting a vehicle from us, you (“Renter” or “you”) agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using our services.

2. Eligibility

To rent a vehicle from us, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (age requirements may vary by vehicle type and location).
  • Hold a valid driver’s license that is recognized in the country of rental.
  • Have a major credit card in your name for payment and deposit purposes.

3. Reservation and Payment

  • Reservations can be made online, via our app, or at any of our rental locations.
  • A valid credit card is required to make a reservation.
  • Payment for the rental period, including any additional fees and taxes, is due at the time of vehicle pick-up.
  • We reserve the right to place a hold on your credit card for the estimated rental charges plus a security deposit.

4. Vehicle Pick-Up and Return

  • Vehicles must be picked up and returned to the designated rental location at the agreed-upon times.
  • Late returns may be subject to additional charges.
  • The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was rented, excluding normal wear and tear.

5. Use of Vehicle

The Renter agrees to:

  • Use the vehicle for lawful purposes only.
  • Not allow any unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle.
  • Not use the vehicle for any commercial purposes (e.g., ridesharing, delivery services) without prior written consent.
  • Not use the vehicle to tow or push anything without prior written consent.
  • Comply with all traffic laws and regulations.

6. Insurance and Liability

  • The Renter is responsible for any damage to or loss of the vehicle during the rental period.
  • Insurance coverage options will be offered at the time of rental. It is the Renter’s responsibility to understand the coverage and any associated deductibles.
  • In the event of an accident, the Renter must immediately notify the Company and provide a full and accurate report.

7. Fuel Policy

  • Vehicles must be returned with the same level of fuel as at the time of pick-up.
  • A refueling fee will apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel.

8. Maintenance and Repairs

  • The Renter is responsible for maintaining the vehicle in good condition and ensuring that it is regularly checked for oil, water, and tire pressure.
  • Any repairs or maintenance must be authorized by the Company in advance.

9. Cancellations and Modifications

  • Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled pick-up time may be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours the scheduled pick-up time may be eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time are not eligible for a refund.
  • Modifications to the reservation (e.g., extending the rental period) are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

10. Termination

  • The Company reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement at any time if the Renter violates any of these Terms.
  • Upon termination, the Renter must immediately return the vehicle to the designated rental location.

11. Privacy

  • The Company is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our vehicles.
  • Our maximum liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or related to this agreement or the use of the vehicle shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the rental.

13. Indemnification

  • The Renter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with the Renter’s use of the vehicle or breach of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

  • These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them or the rental agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the rental location is situated.

15. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the rental agreement shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to mediation or binding arbitration as mutually agreed upon by the parties.

16. Amendments

  • The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or through other communication methods. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

17. Entire Agreement

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the rental of vehicles and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written.

18. Severability

  • If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

19. Waiver

  • The failure of the Company to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
